YEARLY ASSESSMENT

The Mallory Harbor yearly assessment is approximately $100.00 - $180.00  per year. You read correctly, per year! Many surrounding HOA's charge significantly more per month.  These funds support a variety of projects within the Mallory Harbor community and cover the yearly cost of retaining a property manager and attorney. Depending on the yearly community expenses, it is possible for this assessment to decrease or increase over time based on the community expenses incurred for the year. 

It is the responsibility of each homeowner to make sure that their assessment has been paid by the latest - end of January. If you find that by mid-January you have not received your reminder please call the property management company or pay online by visiting the following site - TownSq.

If the home owner fails to pay their yearly assessment, the following is the process implemented by the property manager to collect payment:

1. If the assessment fee is not paid by February 1st, a $25 late fee is charged to the homeowner account.
2. If the account has not been paid by March 7th 1st a demand letter is sent requesting payment in 10 days.
3. After the 10 day time frame, If the payment is still not received, the account is sent to the Mallory Harbor attorney for collection and collection fees will be charged.
4. Risk of foreclosure is imminent at this point.
